Dissertation Online is a service of the Universitätsbibliothek of the Freie Universität Berlin. Members of the FU Berlin and Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin can deposit their doctoral theses and habilitation treatises here.
The authors are encouraged to deposit their documents on the server regardless of whether these have already been published elsewhere. The Universitätsbibliothek undertakes to archive, index, and store the electronic documents on a permanent basis, and ensure that they can be retrieved via library catalogs or search engines.
